Jonathan Harris and Megan Dubatowka Named to 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Guide

Harris St. Laurent LLP founder and managing partner Jonathan Harris and partner Megan Dubatowka were included in the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers guide.

Now in its ninth edition, the guide recognizes lawyers advocating for employees and civil rights plaintiffs in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, workplace misconduct, compensation disputes and other violations of individual rights.

Harris represents executives, founders and senior professionals in disputes at the intersection of employment law, reputation management and corporate power. His recent work includes representing former Brookfield venture capital leader Josh Raffaelli in a whistleblower and compensation dispute and longtime Bungie executive Christopher Barrett in litigation involving termination, compensation and the alleged misuse of an internal investigation

Dubatowka represents executives and other professionals in complex employment disputes involving compensation, reputational harm and allegations of misconduct. Her recent work includes securing an $8.7 million FINRA arbitration award for a former Credit Suisse executive and a $2.7 million arbitration award in a dispute over an improperly withheld bonus.
