Megan Dubatowka Named to 2026 Benchmark Litigation 40 and Under List – Northeast

For the third year in a row, Harris St. Laurent LLP partner Megan Dubatowka has been named to the prestigious Benchmark Litigation 40 and Under List – Northeast. The annual ranking recognizes leading litigators aged 40 and under across the United States, selected through Benchmark's rigorous research process.

Dubatowka represents executives and other professionals in complex employment disputes involving compensation, reputational harm and allegations of misconduct. Her recent work includes securing an $8.7 million FINRA arbitration award for a former Credit Suisse executive and a $2.7 million arbitration award in a dispute over an improperly withheld bonus. Dubatowka was also recently named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers guide.
