Alisha McCarthy

She also conducts internal investigations and advises on employment-related matters, including employment and separation/settlement agreements.

• Defended a prominent photo studio and its owner against allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation under city and state human rights laws, ultimately obtaining a favorable award in arbitration.
