HS Defeats Preliminary Injuction Motion on Behalf of Pharmacy Co-Owner

Firm partner Yonaton Aronoff successfully defeated a preliminary injunction motion on behalf of the co-owner of a pharmacy business. The moving co-owner sought to enjoin any action taken by the HS client in furtherance of the business. A Kings County court denied the request, holding that it would not bar profitable business activities and that the claimant failed to establish irreparable harm.
