Louise Lipsker
Law Clerk
New York (646) 656 4994
Louise Lipsker is a dual-credentialed attorney (admitted in France and awaiting admission in the US) with a practice at the crossroads of white-collar defense, emerging technologies, and global regulation.
Fluent in French, German, and English, Louise brings an international perspective shaped by her legal training in France and the United States, and her experience working with leading institutions on both sides of the Atlantic.
Her litigation practice is focused on a variety of commercial matters, white-collar defense cases, and issues arising from developing AI and other technologies, as well as employment and workplace-related disputes.
Before joining Harris St. Laurent, Louise trained at Cabinet Temime et Associés, one of Paris’s premier criminal defense firms, and served in the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs in New York, working within the Treaty Section.
Beyond her legal practice, she represents the World Jewish Congress as a Diplomat in high-level international forums. In this role, Louise attends diplomatic roundtables and produces internal summaries capturing legal and policy implications, as well as coordinating internal teams to support institutional initiatives.
