In both positions, Mr. Pack worked on significant financial transactions, SEC reporting, purchases and sales of businesses, and was involved with numerous aspects of corporate governance and Board and Audit Committee matters.  After graduating from Columbia Law School, he served as law clerk to Circuit Judge Harold Leventhal on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
