Craig Van Voorhees' experience in
general commercial litigation includes contract disputes, tax controversies,
deficiency litigation, debt enforcement, ownership disputes, attorney
malpractice, and fraud.
He has also represented clients in a
variety of transactional matters, including joint ventures; the formation of
partnerships, LLCs and corporations; the sales and purchases of business;
drafting and negotiation of contracts and leases; the sales and purchases of
improved and unimproved real estate; construction financing; and refinancing on
behalf of both borrowers and lenders.
Craig's bankruptcy experience
includes representing creditors before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, both in
administrative matters and in adversary actions (e.g., non-dischargeability
proceedings, commercial disputes and enforcement proceedings).
