In re: Frutchey Bean:
successful reorganization of Michigan's largest edible bean processing facility;
the plan was a complex tax strategy involving a reverse triangular

Jack Hebert has over 30 years of
experience in representing debtors and creditors in major bankruptcy cases. He
was retained by Charles H. Keating to file the Chapter 11 petition for American
Continental Corporation, and he filed 52 partnership Chapter 11 cases in
connection with the 48,000-acre, 8,000-partner Sun Valley development.
He has successfully reorganized
several hotels, including a major Scottsdale resort. He also successfully
reorganized Ironite Products, Inc. and Fiesta Canning, Arizona's top processor
of southwestern foods which is the largest employer in Cochise County.
